Accessibility Statement

The National Crime Council follows guidelines on accessibility set out by the W3C (the World Wide Web Consortium). The W3C WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative) produces accessibility guidelines that are an internationally recognised benchmark of accessibility.

In designing this site, we have applied all appropriate WAI Priority 1 and Priority 2 criteria of the WAI's web content accessibility guidelines.

Disability Access Officer

Ms. Harriet Mc Garry has been designated to act as the National Crime Council 'access officer'. Our access officer is responsible for providing, arranging for and co-ordinating appropriate assistance and guidance to persons with disabilities accessing NCC services.

It is our policy to make our services accessible to the widest audience possible.
